First and Foremost
Massage is entirely therapeutic and non-sexual in nature. If  the client or therapist feels uncomfortable at any time, the session will end immediately.
All details are included here.

No Body Left Behind
I believe in the importance of respecting and supporting diversity and equality.
All bodies are welcome on my table.  Discrimination against gender, race, ethnicity, spiritual beliefs, age, ability, gender identity, sexual preference, weight, social status, or mental illness has no place within my practice.

Number of Persons in Treatment Room
Only the therapist and the client are permitted in the office at any given time. The only  exception that will be made is when a minor child requires the presence of  a parent.  Please understand this is to limit the amount of traffic and interaction within the office as a safety precaution.

Hygiene and Sanitization
All clients are required to thoroughly wash their hands and/or properly utilize provided hand sanitizer before entering the office. Touchless dispensers will be located both outside of the office door and inside the door, as well.  There will also be hand sanitizer located abundantly throughout the treatment room for use at any time. Please know that your therapist has been trained in proper handwashing techniques and will implement them before and after each session. This includes adequately washing up to the elbows.

**Cancellation Due To Illness**

Out of an abundance of care and caution, clients WILL NOT be charged for cancelling an appointment due to suspected illness or exposure to a contagion or communicable disease. This applies to themselves or a household member.
If you are unsure of your symptoms you must reschedule your appointment no sooner than 14 days after the onset of symptoms!

Cancellation Policy not related to illness
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients and staff,  please be courteous about cancelling your scheduled appointment. It is preferred that you give at least 2 hours notice so that someone else may take that time slot.  Repeated cancellations without sufficient notice will be evaluated and discussed on an individual basis which  may result in charges and the inability to continue services at this facility.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full amount for their missed appointment. You will receive an invoice via email and payment in full is due before another appointment will be scheduled.

Late Arrivals
If you are running late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you are behind, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
